Cancellation Policy

Booking & Service Policy By booking with North County Cleaning Company, you agree to the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 24 hours are subject to a 35% fee. Access: Please ensure we can access the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter or begin the service due to lack of access, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show. Pricing: Pricing is based on the home size, service and add-ons selected when booking. Please provide accurate square footage and home information. Homes requiring substantially more work than a standard cleaning may require additional time or charges. We will obtain your approval before performing or charging for additional work. Service Scope: Your booking includes the selected cleaning service and purchased add-ons. Excessive buildup, hazardous materials, pest/biohazard cleanup and specialty services are not included unless specifically agreed upon. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: If an area included in your booked service was missed, contact us within 24 hours of completion. When appropriate, we will return to correct the missed area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of service and does not constitute a refund. Pets & Safety: Please secure pets that may interfere with cleaning. We may decline or stop service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those represented when booking. Valuables: Please secure cash, jewelry, medications, fragile items and other valuables before service, and notify us of delicate surfaces requiring special care. Arrival: We make every effort to arrive on time. Traffic or prior appointments may occasionally cause delays, and we will notify you of significant delays when possible.
